We are looking for a Material Account Manager to come onboard in our Customer Support & Services Department in ATR Singapore office.


Your Mission

Become closer to the operators. The ambition is for the MAMs to become the voice of the customer within ATR for all material support related issues.


ACTIVITIES

  • Engage with customers through visits & calls
  • Understand the operators’ material / logistics constraints & expectations
  • Have a constant view on their priorities / needs with regards to the backlog
  • Monitor the service material performance / backlog & agree on action plan to boost performance
  • Collaborate with the operators on material planning (maintenance schedule [checks, main elements…], network organization vs line maintenance [stock strategy…]….)
  • Be the customers’ material advocate within ATR teams
  • Commercial to provide a landscape of ATR position vs the competition + help them articulate winning propositions (solutions, pricing…)
  • Supply chain to provide an accurate view of the priorities & help them better anticipate the needs
  • Customer facing function (CSD / SSD) to inform them on potential material issues or dissatisfaction
  • Be an active enabler of the customer material topics
  • AOG: take the lead with all the concerned stakeholders (no stock vs alternative solutions…)
  • Pilot whenever the NBO is not capable to sort the customer’s issue (complex queries)

About you

  • Min Diploma Holder or ‘A’ Level.
  • At least 2 years of experience in aviation industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
